Composed, Written and Performed by Papi OdeQ, Wakati Ni Sasa is a song that was inspired by the political activities before, during and around Kenya's 2013 General Elections. With the unfortunate events of the Post Election Violence, which were the hallmark of the immediate previous 2007 General Election, still fresh in his mind, the composer was inspired to write a song that seeks to urge the entire populace to be weary of the conniving and selfish politicians and make informed choices at the polls.
